The law firm was founded by Edward Gross in 1980, and has since maintained a stable presence in the City of Fairfax, Virginia. Attorney Jeffrey Romanick, the managing partner of the law firm, has been with the firm since 1992. Partners A. Charles Dean and Christopher DeSimone have both been with the firm for over a decade.
