Kevin A. Quintanilla joined the firm in 2023. He primarily focuses on representing businesses, commercial landlords and tenants, creditors, and individuals in commercial litigation matters in the state and federal courts of Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland. His practice includes matters involving breach of contract disputes, business torts, collections and creditor’s rights, commercial leasing disputes, and partnership disputes.
Kevin also advises clients on a range of corporate and transactional matters, including entity formation and structuring, legal compliance, contract matters, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Kevin’s goal is to make the legal process as smooth as possible by keeping clients informed and supported at every step. He enjoys helping clients find practical solutions to complex legal issues without overcomplicating matters. Above all, Kevin strives to be a trusted partner to his clients by remaining responsive, communicating clearly, and delivering practical, effective representation.
Before becoming an attorney, Kevin served on active duty in the U.S. Navy, earned a business degree from the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech, and completed his J.D. at American University Washington College of Law where he focused his coursework on commercial and corporate law.
