Kevin’s practice spans both litigation and transactional matters. In litigation, Kevin supports senior attorneys in representing commercial property
owners and operators, business owners, investors, and individuals in civil matters such as contract disputes, partnership disputes, commercial lease disputes, and commercial debt collection.

Kevin also assists in the firm’s corporate law and business transactions division, supporting senior attorneys in assisting clients with business formation and governance,
asset and stock sales (M&A), reviewing and drafting commercial lease agreements, and drafting a wide range of commercial and employment agreements.

Kevin strives to be approachable, efficient, and solutions-oriented. He genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in being someone clients can rely on. By taking the time
to understand each client’s unique circumstances, Kevin focuses on resolving issues in a practical and effective way that saves clients time, stress, and unnecessary expense.
Before becoming an attorney, Kevin served on active duty in the United States Navy, earned his business degree from the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech, and his Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law, where he concentrated his coursework on commercial and corporate law.
